1. Information We Collect

AntsQ collects information necessary to orchestrate a personalized AI content experience for your brand:

  • Account Identity: Email address and username provided during registration.
  • Brand Intelligence: Brand names, URLs, descriptions, target audience profiles, brand voices, and primary keywords used to train the content agents for your specific style.
  • Content Ecosystem: Generation prompts, draft history, generated text, and media assets (images and videos).
  • Integration Data: Secure OAuth tokens for authorized social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr) to enable one-click publishing.
  • Usage Logs: AI credit consumption, transaction history, and system performance snapshots.
  • Device Data & Photos: With your explicit permission, our mobile application may access your device's photo gallery or camera. This access is strictly used to allow you to upload your own images and assets directly into the app for social media publishing or brand customization. We only collect the specific images you choose to upload, and we do not scan or collect other files from your device.

2. Third-Party AI & Infrastructure

To provide high-fidelity content, AntsQ integrates with leading technology partners. Your data is processed through these secure pipelines:

  • AI Models: Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT-4 for text generation; OpenAI DALL-E and Kling for image/video synthesis.
  • Storage: Microsoft Azure for secure media storage and hosting of generated assets.
  • Payments: Stripe and PayPal for encrypted billing processing. AntsQ does not store credit card information on our own servers.

3. How We Use Data

Your data is used exclusively to power the AntsQ Social Studio features. This includes generating brand-aligned content, orchestrating multi-agent tasks, fulfilling social media publishing requests, and managing your subscription credits. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your creative assets. Content drafts marked for deletion are permanently purged from our systems after 30 days. Upon account termination, all personal data, brand identities, and social tokens are removed from our active databases, subject to regulatory financial record-keeping requirements. 5. Google and YouTube User Data

Our application uses Google APIs to authenticate users and access specific data. Depending on the permissions granted, we access:

  • View your YouTube account: We access read-only information about your YouTube channel to display channel details and analytics.
  • Manage your YouTube videos (Upload): We use this specifically to upload and publish videos directly to your YouTube channel from our studio.
  • Basic Profile Info: Your Google email address and name are used for basic account identity.

How We Use Google User Data: This data is used exclusively to provide the core functionalities of AntsQ Social Studio. We use it to display your channel's performance metrics on your dashboard, allow you to manage and schedule your media, and enable direct publishing to your YouTube channel from our platform. We do not use this data for any other unrelated purposes or AI model training without your explicit consent.

Sharing and Disclosure: We strictly do not sell, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third-party services, data brokers, or advertising platforms. Your data is used entirely within the AntsQ environment to provide the services you requested.

Data Protection Mechanisms: We treat your sensitive Google data with the highest level of security. All authorized Google OAuth tokens and cached YouTube data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit between your browser, our servers, and Google's APIs is secured using TLS 1.3 protocols.

Revoking Access: You can revoke our application's access to your Google Account at any time. To do this, visit the Google Security Settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove access for our application.

By using our application, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and you acknowledge that we adhere to the Google Privacy Policy.
