This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("Client" or "User") and AntsQ Social Studio, a specialized AI product division of Antsq.com ("Antsq," "we," or "us"), for the provision of AI-powered content generation, social media orchestration, multi-agent research, and related autonomous growth services ("Services"). By accessing the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
2. AI Content & Orchestration
AntsQ Social Studio provides an ecosystem of autonomous AI agents designed to research, draft, and publish content. While our agents are autonomous, the Client retains full responsibility for the legality and ethical nature of the prompts provided. All AI-generated content produced through your account is your property, provided your account is in good standing and all fees are paid.
3. Subscription & Credits
Services are delivered based on your selected tier (Starter, Professional, Scale). Each tier includes a fixed allocation of Text, Image, and Video credits. Credits do not roll over to the next cycle. All subscription fees are paid in advance and are strictly non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
4. Security & Privacy
We implement enterprise-grade encryption for all Client credentials and brand data. To facilitate automated publishing, you must grant AntsQ Social Studio API permissions. AntsQ is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platform algorithm changes or permission revocations outside our control.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees for Services are billed in advance and must be paid using a secure credit card or another AntsQ-approved payment method. For multi-month contracts—such as six-month or annual agreements—the full contract value is required to be paid upfront in a single installment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. AI Intelligence & Operational Risks
Clients acknowledge that AI-generated content is subject to operational risks inherent in automated digital systems. AntsQ reserves the right to consider any deliverable as "Approved" if no feedback is provided within the defined review window (typically 48 hours).
7. Intellectual Property
All work products created under this Agreement—including social media content, analytics dashboards, and campaign strategies—remain the exclusive property of AntsQ Social Studio until all outstanding invoices are paid in full. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license for their business use.
