1. Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("User") and AntsQ LLC ("AntsQ," "we," or "us"), for the provision of AI-powered content generation, social media orchestration, and related growth services.

2. AI Orchestration

AntsQ provides an ecosystem of AI agents. While our agents are autonomous, the User retains full responsibility for the legality and ethical nature of the prompts provided. Content ownership remains with the User.

3. Subscriptions

Services are delivered based on credit allocations. Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your personal dashboard settings.

4. Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Kling) or social media platform API changes beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The User retains all ownership and copyright of the content generated via the AntsQ platform. AntsQ LLC retains ownership of the underlying software, agent architectures, and proprietary algorithms used to provide the Services. You grant AntsQ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process your content solely to fulfill the Service requirements.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not use AntsQ to generate content that is illegal, promotes hate speech, or intentionally spreads misinformation. AntsQ reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards or engage in activities that threaten the stability of our AI orchestration pipelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

AntsQ LLC provides AI-generated content "as is." While we strive for high accuracy and brand alignment, we are not liable for any business decisions, brand reputation issues, or financial losses resulting from the use of AI-generated content or automated publishing actions.
